The Department of Molecular and Cellular Physiology of LSUHSC-Shreveport is currently seeking highly motivated individuals with relevant undergraduate backgrounds who are interested in pursuing a physiology graduate degree. What is a "completed application"?

A complete application must have all of the following before it can be processed.

1.  Signed formal application (not the preliminary inquiry form)

2.  Personal Statement

3.  At least two letters of reference

4.  GRE and TOEFL (if applicable) scores must be submitted to the graduate office

5.  Official transcripts must be submitted to the graduate office

Is the preliminary application the same as the formal application?

No.  The online preliminary application is only an inquiry form.  The formal application can be downloaded here.

Is there an application fee?

No.  Please do not send any checks, money orders, etc...
